The development strategy of New Uzbekistan discussed in this article is aimed at developing transport and logistics services, as well as increasing the level of electrification of the railway infrastructure. To achieve these goals, it is necessary to establish a railway track condition monitoring system, which includes various diagnostic methods and routine observations to ensure the stability and safety of train traffic. Creation of a unified system for monitoring the roadbed, taking into account the variety of conditions and types of deformations. The necessity of regular observations and assessments of object parameters for operational management and maintenance of the condition of the railway track is substantiated
